At Onefavshop, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Please review our return policy below for the guidelines on how to return items.
1. Return Timeframe
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. After 30 days, unfortunately, we can no longer offer a return or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The product must be in original, unused, and undamaged condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt.
- Some items, like personalized or final sale items, are not eligible for return (see "Non-returnable Items" below).
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us at onefavshop@gmail.com or via your Shopify order confirmation page. Please provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- We will respond with return instructions and a return shipping label (for domestic returns).
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and paperwork.
- Affix the return shipping label and send the item back to the address provided.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the checkout process. Please note, the refund may take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
6. Non-returnable Items
Unfortunately, the following items are non-returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Personal care items (e.g., skincare products)
- Custom or personalized items
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Domestic Returns (within the U.S.): We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns.
- International Returns: Return shipping costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund. Please include clear pictures of the damaged item to help us process your request quickly.
